How soon can I get my bike?
If your documents are approved, you can collect the bike from our Midrand workshop in 2 to 7 days.
What documents do I need?
Your ID or passport, driver’s licence, proof of address, a recent bank statement, a selfie and proof of work. Photos from your phone are fine. Send them on WhatsApp.
Are the bikes new or used?
Both. We rent new and used Honda Ace 125s and 150s. Every bike, new or used, is serviced by us every two weeks. Used bikes take a smaller deposit and usually a shorter contract. Ask us what is in stock when you apply.
What is included in the weekly price?
The bike, the delivery box and bracket, a full service every two weeks, a loan bike while yours is being serviced or repaired, workshop support and WhatsApp support. New bikes also carry the Honda manufacturer warranty.
What if the bike needs a repair?
Bring it to our Midrand workshop and we put you on a loan bike so you keep working. Rental bikes go to the front of the queue. Repairs and parts outside routine servicing can go on credit: we agree the cost with you first, then add it to your weekly payment.
How much is the deposit?
Once-off, and it depends on the bike. Ace 125: R750 used, R1,000 new. Ace 150: R900 used, R1,200 new.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. One weekly price, a once-off deposit, and a fixed weekly contract of 52, 60 or 72 weeks. Servicing is included. Any repair on credit is agreed with you before work starts.
How do Rewards work with my rental?
Rewards launch in November. Paying on time and keeping your services will earn airtime, data, fuel and extra maintenance. See the Rewards page for details.
What if I miss a payment?
Talk to us early. We work with riders through slow weeks and agree a catch-up plan. Silence is the only thing we cannot fix.
